Returns

If your product is dead on arrival (DOA) or is damaged in transit, please contact us using the Returns link under Customer Service where an RMA will be sent. To expedite your return, the product must be returned to Digitalview in its original packaging complete with manuals and accessories within 14 days of purchase.

Digitalview will not accept any product for return which does not have a RMA or has been packaged inadequately. We reserve the right to refuse the return if these requirements are not met. If you return a product because it was DOA, but we find that the product is in full working condition or any defects or damage were caused after you took receipt of the product, it will be returned to you. You may be invoiced a processing fee and any freight costs associated with the return. These invoiced amounts will be payable before the product is returned to you.

If you have purchased a Digitalview product from one of our retailer partners, please contact the retailer for their return policy. Digitalview cannot directly accept returns for products purchased through one of our retail partners.

Refunds

Digitalview will only offer refunds in cases where the product is faulty or damaged. Please use the contact page to inform us that you are returning the product for a Refund. We will confirm your claim by email and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Return postage is at your expense. To expedite your return, the product must be returned to Digitalview in its original packaging complete with manuals and accessories within 14 calendar days of purchase.

Digitalview will not accept any product for return which does not have a RMA or has been packaged inadequately. We reserve the right to refuse the return if these requirements are not met. You have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your Digitalview product to initiate a return. The Digitalview product that you are returning for a refund must be sent back to Digitalview unopened in the original box complete with product, manual, accessories and registration card. Digitalview will refund your money based on your original method of payment.
